The simplest thing you can do for your health—and I guarantee you will feel better—is switch your phone to 4G in the settings. I promise you’ll feel less tired, have fewer headaches, more energy, and sleep better.
5G mmWave is tens of times higher than 4G in frequency.
Here’s what I do to protect myself against radiation: I use the speakerphone whenever possible, avoid Wi-Fi at night, and absolutely never use wireless headphones (wireless headphones are literally cooking your brain).
We have to be critical thinkers and really ask ourselves: Was 4G not fast enough for people that they had to switch to 5G? I don’t think so.
