Ultimate Fitness is not your traditional “box club” gym or fitness center. Founded in 1996 by trainers and fitness experts who wanted to create a facility that would accommodate everyone from fitness novices to Olympic-level athletes, Ultimate Fitness has a proven 20-year track record of success AS A HARD CORE GYM. We have facilitated professional wrestlers and BMX bikers as well as pro athletes in the NFL, MLB and IMMAF.
Ultimate Fitness offers “old school” HARD CORE weight training, Olympic / Cross training in combination with Core Specific Revolution athletic training programs designed for members of all ages and levels. MMA classes will beginning January 2018.
However, most people believe that the best gym to join is the one with the most “flash” and cardio machines. The “flash” and cardio machines does not mean that club will feel like home or that you will feel the love and loyalty from the staff. There are many “flashy” gyms out there that want you to believe that an elite and hard core gym such as Ultimate Fitness is designed for “meat heads”, “gym bullies,” or “lunks”. That could not be any further from the truth!!!
