Today, we’re celebrating a true pillar of SAI, Rebecca is officially marking 10 incredible years with our agency! 💙

Her journey began as a surrogate, walking the same path as so many of the women she now supports. From there, she joined our team as a Surrogate Intake Coordinator and steadily rose through the ranks to become our Lead Client Services Director, a role she lives and breathes with compassion, grace, and unwavering commitment.

Over the past decade, Rebecca has helped guide hundreds of families and surrogates through their most meaningful moments, offering firsthand understanding and leadership every step of the way.

Born weighing 7lbs 10oz, this precious little one made her grand entrance surrounded by love, strength, and tears of joy.

Our incredible surrogate, Mia, has completed her beautiful journey. One that began with an embryo transfer and blossomed into the unforgettable moment of delivery. These powerful images capture not only the birth of a baby but the birth of a family.

✨Surrogates, sunshine & sisterhood , SAI’s annual retreat tradition has been going strong for over 25 years! ✨

We recently held our surrogate retreat at Disneyland, because we know how important it is for these amazing women to take a break, bond with their surro sisters, and enjoy some much deserved fun. 💕 Whether it’s their first journey or their third, this time to relax, laugh, and feel celebrated is everything.

Our surrogates are doing something truly extraordinary , helping build families , and they deserve every magical moment, especially at the happiest place on earth. ❤️
