Open Arms Adult Day Health Care Open Arms is a Adult Day Health Care Center that thrives on health and wellness. We are a multi-lingual program.

Open Arms was founded in 2006 to serve our community of seniors and adults with chronic medical conditions who require ongoing monitoring and supervision. Adult Day Health Care, now known as Community Based Adult Services (CBAS) is a medical model of care through outpatient programs for seniors and adults. The primary objectives of the program are to:

-Provide relief for families with caregiving responsibilities.
-Promote highest level of functioning and independence.
-Delay or prevent need for institutional care.
-Monitor the health and well-being of all of its participants. At Open Arms we consider our seniors and adults as family and we tailor our program to fit our family’s needs. Open Arms has a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who conduct a comprehensive assessment of each potential participant to determine and plan services needed to meet the individual’s specific health and social needs. Languages spoken include: English, Spanish, and Tagalog. At Open Arms we take pride in our seniors and adults. We want our participants to feel empowered, thrive and have a sense of autonomy.
