📢 WE ARE HIRING – PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

California Family Visitation & Training Center in Chula Vista is currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.

Our center provides supervised visitation and monitored exchange services for families involved in the family court system. This role helps ensure that scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks run smoothly while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Position Details:
📍 Location: Chula Vista
💰 Pay: $18 – $24 per hour
🕒 Part-Time

Responsibilities may include:
• Responding to client emails and phone calls
• Scheduling supervised visitation appointments
• Assisting with client intake paperwork
• Creating invoices and tracking payments
• Maintaining organized client files and administrative records
• Supporting general office operations

Minimum Requirements
• At least 2 years of office administrative experience
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• QuickBooks experience
• Organized, dependable, and able to handle confidential information

Highly Desirable
• Experience with social media posting or content creation
