Holiday season 2024

The new owners of Home Instead are going to continue with my program. Please call the office or drop gifts off my the 2nd week in Dec. 407.445.8885.

I (Debra) will continue with my program of giving gifts to seniors starting 2025 season.

I am so happy they will continue providing holiday cheer to our senior community!!

I have recently sold my company, and am the past owner of Home Instead Orlando Dec 2002 - Aug 2024. Over the past 2 decades I have been providing a holiday program to seniors in need. In the past I had a plethora of resources through my company. I have decided to continue with a holiday program for our local seniors. My approach will have to change a little bit. But the outcome will still be the same!

I usually start preparing for this program about 4 months in advance. This year I will scale back ( from the 8 -10 nursing home we usually deliver to), and figure out how to make the necessary changes to move forward. I will be sure to make up for it next year!

Update: I have been the owner of Home Instead Senior Care for over 20 yrs and recently sold my company in Aug 2024. I have been doing Be A Santa To A Senior for those 20+ yrs and have grown this program into something very near and dear to my heart.

I love this program, and really want to continue providing holiday cheer to our local seniors. I usually start preparing in August! It is now November...oh my! This year it will be much smaller than usual...but I will be sure to make up for it in the years to come!

In the past I have been able to deliver thousands of gifts to 8 -10 nursing home in the area, focusing on seniors who live their permanently and who would not receive any kind of holiday gift or visitors.

This year it will probably more like 1 or 2 nursing homes.

Please stay tuned. I will be posting a local drop off site by the end of the week, and promise to have many more next holiday season!

Be a Santa to a Senior Day 2...Finished off with deliveries to The Terrace of Kissimmee. The team will be handing out the gifts on Christmas Day to the patients. Big THANK YOU to Home Physicians Group and Family First Firm for helping deliver all the gift bags! You are SO appreciated!
