We held our Men’s Luncheon on Wednesday, and it was a wonderful afternoon. The gentlemen enjoyed a delicious roast beef sandwich topped with caramelized onions, provolone cheese, and horseradish sauce, served with a side of fries, specially prepared by our dining department. Lunch concluded with vanilla ice cream and Madeleine cookies for dessert. Everyone left full—not only from the meal, but also from the enjoyable conversation shared around the tables.
