Here is a simple 7 day reset plan to improve weight, energy, and blood sugar.

Day 1 to 7 focus:
• Eat protein with every meal, 1.2 to 1.6 grams per kg bodyweight
• Fill half your plate with vegetables
• Walk 10 to 15 minutes after meals
• Lift weights 3 times this week
