My in-person practice and teaching space is open as of March 1st, 2022! Using techniques and practices from Eastern (Chinese Medical Massage) and Western (Neuromuscular, Neurofascial, MFR, MET and Assisted Stretching) traditions, each session is customized to your body's unique needs and goals. Lest there be *any* misunderstanding,I feel that Concrete Yoga is the best location in the region for yoga! The instructors are top-notch, the members are kind and dedicated, and the entire "vibe" is that of healing/support and challenge/whole-person health.
Also, there are wonderful other businesses on the campus--, .cibolo, and . All women-owned, all of the highest quality and integrity.
Folks, do take advantage of this gem!!

Folks, I write this with a truly heavy heart. The past year and a half have been rather a nightmare for me and my small business--family health issues, financial difficulties, an unscrupulous former employer--and my ability to start a new solo endeavor has been curtailed.

I have heard it said that when something doesn't work out for you, it may be that something even better is in store. Right now, I'm not in that headspace, but am always a person who holds out hope...

I remain a bodyworker, employed at Massage Heights at 1604 and Bulverde Rd, doing traditional table-based work with hands and forearms. If you are interested in the beauty of barefoot bodywork, contact me and I can give you recommendations for some amazing colleagues.
My Instagram page will remain, offering tips and insights into whole-person health. My website and scheduling software are canceled, so this is the best way to get hold of me.

Thank you to everyone I have met in the San Antonio/Cibolo area who has been so kind and welcoming.

On this , here is a beautiful image of the Bladder Meridian, with an interesting question...
For many, our work schedules/present level of mobility won't allow us to do Cobra pose on a daily basis. HOWEVER...what if we stood up straight with our arms on a table/desk/counter, and actively brought the back of our head closer to our heels while taking a couple of deep breaths? Even a couple of inches can make a huge difference. Have a great day!!
