🌟 Another amazing The Brooks of Cibolo + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We couldn’t be prouder of one of our residents. Though she was at risk of needing to move to a skilled nursing facility, our amazing therapy team worked hard with her every day to avoid this. With determination and lots of support, she’s regained her strength and independence, allowing her to stay right here at Alexis Pointe, where she belongs. Her progress is a beautiful reminder of what can be achieved when care, teamwork, and perseverance come together! 💪✨

We’re proud to join the launched by the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living. This campaign celebrates residents reaching meaningful milestones in their therapy programs — shining a light on the incredible progress happening right here in our community. 💪✨

We are so proud of one of our amazing residents! After a few safety concerns, she made the move from Independent Living to Assisted Living for extra support. With the compassionate care and guidance of our physical therapist, she now walks confidently to and from the dining room with just a little supervision. It’s been so inspiring to watch her grow stronger and more confident each day!
