Hand in Health Massage & Wellness in North Syracuse is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is at the heart of our busy, client-centered clinic that offers massage therapy, fitness, acupuncture, chiropractic, and wellness services.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people feel their best. If you enjoy making others feel welcomed and cared for while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
🌿 Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
🌿 Answer and return phone calls and emails promptly
🌿 Schedule, confirm, and retain appointments using our scheduling software (WellnessLiving)
🌿 Assist patients with check-in, check-out, and intake forms
🌿 Guide patients toward services that fit their needs and budget
🌿 Support providers with light cleaning, restocking, and room turnover
🌿 Help keep the clinic organized, efficient, and welcoming
🌿 Open or close the clinic as scheduled
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approx. 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

✅ Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new systems
✅ Ability to stay organized, manage time, and juggle multiple tasks
✅ Calm and caring demeanor, especially when handling sensitive or stressful situations
✅ Sales mindset to help patients find the right care and stay engaged in their wellness journey
