Emily is passionate about working with people dealing with anxiety, OCD, panic, life transitions, and/or a history of trauma. Emily enjoys working with folks in the LGBTQ+ community and recognizes the impact of societal and cultural forces on a person’s overall well being.

Our Story

Hereba Mental Health Counseling's focus remains on serving teens and adults through various life stages and situations. We work to create a strong therapeutic alliance in order to foster trust, compassion, and the safety necessary to begin the healing process. We believe there is no "one size fits all" for healing and growth.

This practice works through the holistic approach and holds the belief that we are impacted by all of our experiences, supports and overall health. In order to help people experience a better quality of life, there is a focus on building skills and tangible solutions for clients.
