The world gives us plenty of reminders of anger, division, and hate. It can be overwhelming at times, leaving us feeling like kindness is in short supply. But here’s a truth I hold onto: if people can choose to hate without knowing someone, then we can also choose to love without needing a reason.

Love doesn’t always have to be earned. It doesn’t have to wait until we know every detail about someone’s story. Sometimes love is simply choosing to see another human being and wishing them well. 💛

Imagine how different our world would feel if more of us made love our starting point instead of hate. If we led with compassion instead of judgment. If we remembered that we’re all carrying invisible battles, and a little kindness might be exactly what someone needs to keep going.
