š Anahata- The Heart Chakra
ā”ļø This chakra is associated with compassion and love- for yourself and for others.
ā”ļø If this chakra is imbalanced, possibly due to a previous trauma or a shadow not yet discovered by shadow work, then you likely find it difficult to show yourself some compassion during your grief.
ā”ļø Grief does not require you to "be strong for others". It does not have a timeline you must follow. There is no sand in the hourglass telling you that it's no longer ok to be upset. You won't win an award for being the most stoic griever.
ā”ļø Balancing your heart chakra will help you find compassion for yourself in your grief experience. You'll allow yourself grace as you navigate your loss. You'll feel less pressure to be a "good griever" and recognize that there is no wrong or right way to grieve.
