On Saturday and Sunday my new-ish coworker and I volunteered at !!! We supported families by monitoring the breastfeeding/baby changing tent. This was year 2 for us and we loved every minute of it!!! To all the runners and supporters who stopped to say “thank you for doing this,” I greatly appreciate you!!!
We look forward to supporting you and your baby care needs next year!!! 🐷

I’ve been a little quiet… and for good reason 🤍

I took intentional time to heal, rest, and soak up my baby after giving birth. Walking through my own lactation journey again reminded me just how real, tender, and transformative this season is. 👶🏾🌹💕

But baby… I’m back.💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️

My schedule is officially open for virtual lactation consults as I ease back in. And within the next month, I’ll be opening a very limited number of in-home visit spots.

Breastfeeding shouldn’t hurt!!! But we all know that sometimes it does.

Hey yall! I’m Rhonesha, lactation consultant here in Cincinnati. I’m almost 2 months postpartum and we’re in a new year! I figured what better way to reintroduce myself than to share how my breastfeeding journey is going. 🍼👶🏾

Babyyyy!!! It started out rough but almost 2 months later, we’re on the up and up. Baby girl is gaining weight and starting to get thigh rolls and chunky cheeks.💕🤱🏽

Starting mid-February, I’ll have availability for virtual clients and I can’t wait to walk with you on your breastfeeding journey!! Until then, keep making milk and feeding your babies!!! 💕
