Skilled Nursing Facility in Delhi, OH. We provide 24 hour skilled nursing care which includes an individualized care plan.

We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that offers a wide variety of preventative programs and services to support the physical, mental, and spiritual well being of our patients. We provide post acute rehabilitation which includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We also provide wound care, palliative care, hospice care, nutritional services, social services, an activities program, and respiratory therapy.
