Patty Young talks about her treatment at UC Medical Center’s Brain Tumor Center, the only certified neuro oncology provider in the region. She, and so many others are the reason why we’re raising money Sunday at the “Walk Ahead for Brain Tumor Discoveries.”

In January of 2022, Patty Young suffered a stroke at just 45 years old, which led to the discovery of a brain tumor. The tumor was a glioblastoma, one of the most aggressive forms of brain cancer.
