Meet Caitlin!

Our dear friend is closing her practice (😢), so we purchased a boatload of her supplies. We brought back this beautiful skeleton model and decided to name it after Caitlin. You thought I was an anatomy nerd before! Stay tuned while we find homes for our new v***a art 🙌🏼😘

Time's running out to contribute to our donation drive for ! They rely on donations throughout the year, and we're here to make it easy for you to give back during your spring cleaning. Your donations of coats, jackets, shoes, and clothing in all sizes, from newborn to adult, are greatly appreciated 👚👞👔👕👟👖. You can also support their cause with a monetary donation through our bio link, which helps fund new socks and undergarments for those in need 🧦🩲💰. As pelvic therapists, we share a common goal: improving the lives of families by helping our clients manage their most basic needs. While we may work in different practices, we are united by our commitment to promoting health and well-being in our communities.

Now, we are joining forces to address another basic need: clothing insecurity in children and teens. For the remainder of the month, we will be collecting donations in our offices to support Give Like a Mother (GLAM) --a wonderful non-profit that provides clothing packs to those in need. We are also hosting a fundraiser through Instagram to supplement any monetary donations through GLAM's website.

This is the perfect opportunity to do some Spring cleaning and make a difference in the lives of young people. We hope you will join us in this effort 🩵💙

Act IV of the third year of the Queen City Game Changers women's leadership program wrapped up last week, and the program has a whole new cohort of alumnae to add to the ranks! What a phenomenal experience meeting leaders from across the region, both presenters and participants, and finding role models in so many of you. Thrilled to finally be an official Queen City Game Changer 🙌🏼🙌🏼

My dear Cohort 1...with Coach and Champion (and special guest from Act 1!)... you ladies shared your stories, your challenges, your fears, and your wins with open hearts 💙🩵. I watched each of you grow in confidence and strength over the last eight months and am so happy to be part of your orbits. I trust that our happy hour and dinner were the beginning of many to come 🥂

See you all at Act 4.5 in April and in May!

A belated congratulations to our physical therapist Dr. Karly Maines for completing this monster of a continuing education course deeming her a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist! She finished it last September, but just recently told me she had completed this huge task 😂

This self-guided virtual course is ENORMOUS and full of amazing information that is so useful to treat our perinatal population. I started this course myself back in 2022 and have yet to finish it...mostly because every tidbit of information from Dr. Sarah Duvall is so good, you want to memorize it all (somebody take over one of these owner jobs so I can complete this course! 😅🫠).

If you are pregnant or postpartum, get yourself booked with Karly in our Fort Thomas office for all the latest and greatest information 🙌🏼
