Okay, now I'm jealous of this new badass nickname for Jordan. Way to go, Magic! 🏀🙌🏼 I have sent several of my own family members to work with Jordan and they all agree with this assessment ❤️🥰

We are terrible about asking for Google reviews, but appreciate them so much! Reviews often help potential clients decide if we may be the right practice for them, so we would love to hear about your experiences!

Link in bio if you have had a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience at QCPH and would be willing to share!

Link also in bio to get booked with Magic Jordan! 🪄✨️

The team at Queen City Pelvic Health and Wellness is delighted to welcome ✨️Dr. Kelly Arrasmith, PT, DPT, CIDN✨️ to the team! Kelly has been a physical therapist since May 2015, and she will be joining us in May to provide pelvic health as well as general orthopedic physical therapy for all genders. Kelly started her career in orthopedics and decided to specialize in pelvic health in 2020 after helping others navigate exercise and running during pregnancy and postpartum. Kelly took advanced coursework through the American Physical Therapy Association, and blends this with her strong orthopedic background, while considering the psychosocial factors that impact pelvic health in order to treat each person as a whole. Kelly is further trained in manual therapy techniques, dry needling, and completing running assessments. We are thrilled to have such an experienced therapist joining our team, and that everything worked out after conversations we began in August of 2025! Kelly lives in Anderson Township with her husband and 4 children. She enjoys running, taking her kids to the local parks, and spending time with her family and friends.

(Yep, we now have Admin Kelly and PT Kelly...wish us luck on making sure we text and email the correct person 🤞🏽)

Welcome to QCPH, Kelly! 💙🤍

I just realized that St. Patrick's Day 4 years ago was when I announced the beginning of Queen City Pelvic Health on my personal socials! Because normal people start businesses with 15-month-old babies at home, right? But look at all that positive support, practically went viral on that post 🥰😘 (hi Stacey, did you realize you would be sharing my office one day a week a couple years later? .cincinnati). I saw my first clients on April 4th, which I consider the business's anniversary (also my wedding anniversary!)

I never would have anticipated how much this practice and I would have grown in this short amount of time. So many thanks to my wonderful team-Jordan, Alex, and Kelly as well as the 5 OT students we have hosted...4 years ago I definitely did not expect the wonderfulness that is all of you.

Stay tuned tomorrow for an exciting announcement about our next big thing!

The sun started peeking and you all came out to play! We suddenly realized that all our new client spots were filling out several weeks from now, so Jordan has kindly added times to her schedule to get new folks in earlier and to give her current clients more options for follow-ups.

Please reach out to hello@queencitypelvichealth.com if you would like to try to get in earlier than what you currently have booked.

Can't wait to meet you! 💙🤍

As we head towards midterm with our current OTD Capstone student, Bre, we would also like to look back to recognize and thank the student who recently completed her Capstone experience here at Queen City Pelvic Health, Emilie (Em) 💙🤍

During her 14 week Capstone, Em:
🔹️Completed Herman & Wallace Pelvic Function Level 1 and enrolled in Level 2B
🔹️Led a research study with 300 survey participants + 4 in-depth qualitative interviews, exploring dysmenorrhea, pain management, stigma, and impact on daily life. She is currently preparing her research for her Doctoral defense and future publication.
🔹️Presented at OOTA, AOTA Pelvic Health CoP, and AUS Women’s Health SIG
🔹️Provided community education, including creating a webinar entitled "Pelvic Floor 101" for Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio and joining the team at the Power to Pursue MakeHers Market to help educate the public
🔹️Engaged in multidisciplinary observation across outpatient, hospital, gym-based pelvic PT, and OBGYN settings
🔹️Participated in the Greater Cincinnati Sexual Wellness Professionals Networking Event with the team
🔹️Contributed to clinical and business development materials, including patient education resources and updated documentation and screening tools

Em's dedication to advancing pelvic health education, research, and evidence-based practice has left a lasting impact on our clinic and community. We can’t wait to see where her leadership in pelvic health and occupational therapy takes her next!

We're honored that our wonderful client, the talented , gifted us her beautiful painting "Solidarity." My photography does not do this painting justice, but it truly brightened our space and warmed our hearts on this dark, rainy day. As her sessions came to a close, Juli shared that this piece reminded her of our mission at Queen City Pelvic Health - to uplift and empower women. We're thrilled to display it in our front entry, surrounded by other heartfelt gifts from former clients.

All of us at QCPH are mothers first, and to hear that the government shutdown left so many children and families without food for the month hurt our hearts. Honored to have participated in the food drive to benefit local Anderson Township families affected by the lapse in SNAP coverage (many thanks to Taylor M. Rysdon at Blended Bakes LLC for leading the charge!). We also directed donations towards a food drive at Karly's children's elementary school in Fort Thomas, home of our other location. We love our communities and hope this has provided comfort to local families 💙

Last week we packed 28 families, and this week, we packed 39 total families. Reaching the following stats:

-67 families fed
-178 children fed
-134 adults fed
✨312 total people fed!✨

In just two weeks you all joined me on a journey I couldn’t be more grateful for. Before I head to sleep I just had to report that we flooded Wandering Monsters with donations and now we have a surplus (which will be donated to local food pantries and blessing boxes in our community).

We FREAKING DID IT! Thanks to your donations I have 100 bottles of dish soap (I’m kidding), a year supply of peanut butter, spices and more in my car to donate and I’m excited to report that this surplus means we can continue to cultivate change in the community and fight food insecurity together.
Thank you neighbors, thank you friends. Remember we’re better . I will share more tomorrow but wanted to make sure I have this update. All families have been packed and tonight we delivered 28/39 families in just 24 hours, thanks to an amazing volunteer team!

✨ So what’s next? 😳🥹

Help us deliver the final 10 groceries to families ( braining) has volunteered to help coordinate this tomorrow at Wandering Monsters - meet her there at 12 pm to be assigned a few deliveries 🩵

Donate any remaining items you have / planned to bring to our local pantries and pantry boxes! They are hurting and need our help. Please do not bring any additional donations to WM we’re beyond full and actually trying to offload the donations.

Stay connected: not just with me but all of your neighbors, this was a reminder that all it takes is one person saying they have an idea and executing on it to create change—our collective effort will forever be stronger than anything we do on our own and I’m grateful all of you could join me on this journey and impact your neighbors. Food should never be political.

Lastly please go follow some of the amazing businesses involved in helping me make this happen, patron their businesses because they too are small, growing businesses with a heart for building community.

Listed below 👇🏾

Family Thyme Kitchen: Emma donated personalized meals to every single family on the list so they didn’t just receive a box of the necessities but also a warm meal, her food is delicious and she and her mom are literally the kindest human to work with. Emma, I’m forever grateful for your collaboration, organization and true heart for this work.

Wandering Monsters Brewing: we appreciate you sharing your space to sort and pack orders for families.

✨Our generous business donors, THANK YOU: Mercantile on Main St., Queen City Pelvic Health and Wellness, The UPS Store Anderson Township, Kroger, With Love Nani, Turner Craft Co.

✨Volunteers✨ We had too many to name but you all were everything! I truly couldn’t have done it without you. Your dedication to taking care of your neighbors was unmatched. Many of you drove items to my home, showed up before I did, delivered groceries to families (even in uncomfy times of day), shopped for families, raised money through your connections, and collaborated with me to find more volunteers. I cannot thank you enough and I didn't end with you because you're the least important, I ended with you because you made the LASTing impact on the families we served, and on my family. Thank you from the bottom of my families heart.
