Stairlift is completely broken and Custom Home Elevator & Lift Co., Inc. cant make time to come out and fix it. Supposedly completely booked. Now I have to scoot up and down the stairs and risk hurting myself to just get out my house. This is so ridiculous.

I am so beyond frustrated. I am in a wheelchair and have a stairlift. The stairlift is not working properly. It goes up maybe 2-3 inches and stop. I first notified my case manager a week ago. Today it gets approved and then the company tells me they are all booked this week. I explained im stuck in my house and basically get told oh well we're booked. Idk what to do. Im going to have yo start calling off work because I can't get out the house.
