There’s a lot happening in the world, in our communities, and inside our own bodies. Even when we’re moving through our days and checking the boxes, many of us are carrying more than we realize.
Stress doesn’t always show up loudly. Sometimes it looks like fatigue, irritability, shallow breaths, or rest that never quite feels restful. And winter? She has a way of bringing all of that to the surface.
I’m not in my hustle era right now. I’m in my layer up, slow down, listen to my body era. As we move through Black History Month, I’m also holding gratitude for the ancestors who created rest, joy, and community even in the midst of exhaustion and resistance.
This month, I want Brandi Bee Yoga & Wellness to be a place where you don’t have to explain yourself. A place where you can land, take a breath, and return to yourself, again and again.
Here’s what’s happening this month:
Free Download:
Hibernate & Heal Winter Wellness Guide
Think fuzzy socks for your nervous system. This free guide is packed with gentle practices, breath-work, and journaling prompts to help you slow down, rest without guilt, and feel a little more like yourself again.
Updated Weekly Class Schedule:
A few shifts, a few adjustments to the Zencinnati schedule but the same intention. Check out the new class times!
Hibernate & Heal Virtual Wellness Series:
Still going, and yes, you can still join us. This series is about nervous system care, rest without guilt, and choosing ease in a world that rarely encourages it.
Books & Blankets:
We’re reading all about love by bell hooks because love, liberation, and healing are deeply connected. Cozy conversations, honest reflections, and space to just be.
Little Zen at Zencinnati:
I’ll be leading Little Zen this month, creating space for our kiddos to move, breathe, and learn calm in a playful, affirming way. Big hearts, calm minds, and joyful wiggles welcome.
February isn’t about doing more. It’s about remembering who we are, honoring where we come from, and caring for ourselves, together.
Save this, share it, and come sit with us when you’re ready. 🧘🏽♀️🐝
