Join Robin and Sonya for an evening of self love and self care on Valentine’s Weekend. We will spend 30 minutes with gentle reformer stretches to tune into our bodies and breath then transition to 30 minutes of grounded yin yoga poses to connect within and restore balance.
Following the yoga session, sink into the soothing sounds of a tranquil sound immersion. Imagine lying back, supported by comfy cushions, as the melodic tones of gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls and more wash over you.
