🎉UASI is excited to announce that we have been named a Top Workplace by the Cincinnati Enquirer for the third year in a row! The award is based solely on the feedback offered through the employee survey administered earlier this year. Our corporate office is located in Cincinnati and while we have many employees working in the Cincinnati area, the survey included all of our Full-time and Part-time employees across the country with more than 300 of our employees participating.

This year UASI was also recognized with a “Specialty Award” for having excellent Managers. We are proud of our Supervisors, Managers, Directors and Management Team for their efforts to create a work environment in which employees feel involved, appreciated, and given the support needed both personally and professionally to be fulfilled in their roles.

As a company we are humbled by this recognition and are more motivated than ever to continuously build upon and improve the work environment we have. While there are so many great things in place, we remain committed to continual improvement, so we’ll be even better next year. 😊
