MEDITATION CAN ONLY BE FELT
Being is another word for meditation. They are one and the same.
The Subconscious, which is felt rather than thought, forms the greater portion of the mind. It holds all our beliefs about what is true and what is not, and through its unrest it gives rise to the thoughts that trouble us.
Meditation is not thinking about Awareness but feeling Awareness itself. It is holding one thought as Awareness until it becomes a direct felt presence. It is resting in the moment with a still mind, which is to say, without thought.
"Being cannot be thought, it must be felt." — Eckhart Tolle
Thus, when you meditate or practice mindfulness, also called moving meditation, the essence is to feel Awareness, not to think about it. To be aware of each moment without commentary and to feel it fully with all your heart. Know that the true Mind behind the Subconscious, also called Christ-Buddha Mind, empowered by your true Self, is always there to guide you intuitively and through synchronicity.
Synchronicity arises when we are fully aligned with all aspects of Being, when the flow of Life and our self are One. This is to live under Grace, guided by Faith, which is Intuition or Claircognizance. This is communion.
Yet there is another step: union. Here there is no giver of intuition and no taker of it. There is only Life living itself. There is only Grace, total alignment, the eclipse of all dimensions of Being working as One. At this point there are no further births or deaths.
One rests as the stillness of Eternity, the nothing that is everything, the One without a second.
