We’ve had quite a few people come to us with shoulder tightness and pain.

Bamboo bar work is great for stability and maintenance the strength and function of those small important muscles.
You can do a lot with it too!
-single / double arm
-weights and bands
-pressing, squatting, lunging
-and more!
Don’t have a bamboo bar… try a pvc pipe or training bar.
