Sport specific injuries need a sport specific solution!
CrossFit is unique in that it requires a crazy amount of strength, mobility, and endurance. And the gymnastics skills are no joke.
Shoulder pain is super common with gymnastics work because of the mobility and control it requires.
Here are some of the exercises I programmed for this patient with shoulder pain. She came in orginally with pain just hanging from the rig, and now she's back to RMU totally pain free.
