Meet Dylan, our Cultivation Manager here at King City Gardens!
With 18 years of cultivation under his belt, Dylan fell in love with the plant at a young age and turned that passion into a full-time grind by 21. Since then, he’s never looked back.
Dylan oversees the cultivation of 10,710 plants across 8 flower rooms powered by 1,890 Fluence lights. His responsibilities include monitoring environmental controls, adjusting PPFD, managing transitions from veg to flower, and handling all phases of plant maintenance—from trellising and defoliation to harvest and sanitation. He joined the industry to get his foot in the door and has steadily worked his way up from trimmer to Cultivation Tech, to Fertigation Tech, and now, Cultivation Manager. His journey is a testament to hard work and deep-rooted dedication.
Dylan's first day at KCG was during our second-ever harvest, and he’s been a vital part of every harvest since. His goal? To take King City Gardens to the top of the industry and show what’s possible when you lead with passion.
