For injured soft tissue, muscle or tendon to heal, blood flow to the area is essential. Local
cryotherapy initiates massive constriction of blood vessels, followed by massive vasodilation a few minutes later, thus stimulating the blood flow throughout the entire body.
In early stages of injury or right after a surgery, especially if swelling is involved, LOCAL CRYOTHERAPY should be used first. Cooling the area slows tissue metabolism and stops swelling, also preventing secondary cell damage caused by acute inflammation.

Wondering what Cryo Slimming is? Or how it's different from CoolSculpting?

Here are the main differences between Cool Studio’s Cryo Slimming and traditional CoolSculpting. ❄️ ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️

1. CoolSculpting charges per area of the body, and can be a minimum of $1000 for one (1) session to treat an area such as your stomach. To treat a similar area, Cryo Slimming would be less than 1/4 of the cost!

2. CoolSculpting uses applicators & suction to freeze fat. Cryo Slimming is performed by spraying liquid CO2 on the area in a high intensity. Because of this, we can reach more areas on the body than CoolSculpting can.

3. On rare occasions CoolSculpting can result in some delayed onset pain, typically beginning several days after treatment. This normally subsides within 1-2 weeks. In contrast, clients may actually feel more energetic after a Cryo Slimming treatment.

4. In a very small number of cases, a CoolSculpting treated area can harden into a butter stick-shaped lump (paradoxical adipose hyperplasia). This will never occur with Cryo Slimming, since the treatment uses a spray-on application.

5. CoolSculpting takes 45min or more to treat one area, Cryo Slimming uses pressure to rapidly cool the body to the desired temperature so sessions take about 10 minutes!
