Effective June 2nd, 2021
Per Governor DeWine’s guidelines, as of June 2nd, 2021 we are no longer requiring patients to wear masks in the office. We do ask for patients to continue to wash their hands or use sanitizer when the enter the office.
As numbers continue to decline, we are optimistic that masks will soon be a thing of the past.
We have taken the suggestions and input from our dedicated team members & our valued patients & clients to determine what the best course of action is going forward.
The answer is not easy, but the purpose is. We are committed to providing the best experience, in the safest environment possible for our patients & clients..each day, through a pandemic or not.
We will encourage everyone to wear a mask while in the office, but we will ultimately leave the final decision to each person to decide.
Are masks required? NO. We will no longer require you to wear a mask. However, if you feel more comfortable wearing one, please continue to do so.
Will our staff be wearing a mask? As stated above, we strongly encourage everyone to continue to wear a mask, however, we are not requiring our team to wear one UNLESS a patient or client requests them to do so while being seen in our office. Please remember, HIPPA Policies prevent patients or clients in asking any of our staff about their health.
We do continue to ask if you are not feeling well, that you call the office & cancel your appointment until you are feeling better and are fever-free.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will communicate changes as warranted.
Likewise, suggestions on what would make it even better are equally valued. Please share those with us directly as we are committed to providing the best results and experience in Cincinnati.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
