🏃‍♂️This overuse injury can present with pain at the base of the big toe, through arch, at heel and up achilles tendon.

❗️ The key is a balance of good stretches and therapeutic exercise along with load management and inflammation reduction.

👉 Try this series of exercises for plantar fasciitis:
1️⃣ Great toe stretch (3x45 sec hold, 2x daily)
2️⃣ Gastroc stretch (3x45 sec hold, 2x daily)
3️⃣ Soleus stretch (3x45 sec hold, 2x daily)
4️⃣ Staggered calf raise (3x15, every other day)
5️⃣ Ball squeeze calf raise (3x15, every other day)
6️⃣ Seated calf raise (3x15, every other day)
7️⃣ Towel scrunches (3x25, every other day)
