👉 HIP IMPINGEMENT (femoralacetabular impingement) REHAB

❗️Femoralacetabular (FAI) impingement occurs when there is extra growth on the femoral head (cam impingement) or within the hip socket (pincer impingement). This causes the surfaces to not articulate properly and impinge on the labrum.

✅ Here is a series exercises for FAI’s:
1️⃣ Bridge psoas march
2️⃣ Prone bilateral external rotation
3️⃣ Side bridge clamshell
4️⃣ Supported single leg RDL
5️⃣ Modified Copenhagen

➡️ Perform these for 3 sets of 10-15, 3-4x per week. Hold the modified Copenhagen for 3 by 30-45 seconds.
