This Black Maternal Health Week, I want Black Women struggling with infertility and/or loss to know: you are not alone.
There is no shame in struggling to conceive, carry to term, or grieve a loss. In a society that often stereotypes us, the pain of infertility or miscarriage can feel isolating—but your experience is valid.
Grief, stress, and trauma impact the brain, body, heart, and spirit. That’s why I’m passionate about teaching Black women how to care for themselves holistically—especially when time, money, and space aren’t always accessible.
You deserve to rest. To feel. To ask for what you need. And to grieve—even when the world doesn’t give you permission.
Let’s talk about how to heal, how to cope with the triggers, and how to reclaim joy without guilt.
You are worthy of care, softness, and support—always. 💙
