So I'm back to work doing lymphatic drainage therapy and brain work only. My mobility is so much better. Back pain is virtually gone from spine issues. I'm still tight and building up my strength. Please feel free to call or text if you have any questions. 513-277-1899.

I also got a new puppy, Godiva, nicknamed Diva by my husband, and she is. She is a 12 week old chocolate (Godiava) lab. We started puppy school last Sunday. She is smarter than us I'm afraid, but she is a love. I forgot how much work a puppy is. She may or may not be at the office with me, so please let me know if you are not comfortable, or are allergic to dogs and I will make sure to leave her home.

I'm thrilled to proclaim that the surgery was a success. I'm now walking with a cane only. I hope to start doing lymphatic drainage again in mid May. Right now I'm working hard with PT to strengthen and stretch. Being in a back brace for 4 months and only walking, no bending, twisting or lifting, has left me very tight. I can't wait to return to work!

Hopefully I willbe able to return to lymphatic drainage next May. I'm having two back surgeries the first week of October to stabilize my spine. I'm looking forward to returning.

I can drive. Got this thing off Amazon made in the USA by a veteran. It basically attaches to the foot feeding gives you a left-foot feed. It works. I'm free, except for the walker and distance limitation. But I'm free for drive thrus.

So guys. It will be a year before I know if I can return to work. As of now I'm using a walker and planning to learn to drive with my left foot. I've been told it will take a year for the femoral and obturator nerves in my right leg to heal. At that time we will see where I'm at. In the meantime take care, thinking of you and miss you.

So I hate to admit but I will be starting a 6 month vacation, kind of, from doing this work beginning layer this month. Imust have a vertebrae fused in my lower back. Recovery means I cannot twist, bend, or raise my hands above my head for 6 months. I look forward to returning.

So I have to say I was just shocked because I see physical therapy on my page. I can't get it off, and have no idea how it got on. I'm not a PT. I am a RN and massage therapist. I specialize in lymphatic drainage therapy.

So if you need lymphatic drainage therapy and you are two weeks past your second vaccine I will make an appointment with you. We are slowly returning to safety!

Hope everyone is surviving during this crazy time. Thankful for the vaccine and looking forward to time when it is safe to see clients again.

I am sad to announce that I am indefinitely suspending my practice at this time. I am doing this because I do not feel it is safe for my clients or myself to participate in massage at this time as our sessions are an hour or more. I am not comfortable with depending in PPE and quite frankly it is not available. I will not restart my practice until there is either herd immunity or widespread use of a vaccine.

I have researched, consulted and searched my heart for what I feel is right in the time of this pandemic. I will miss all my clients and the work. I have always worked to help my clients and do no harm. I love my work. Feel free to reach out if you would like during this difficult time. I do this out of respect and caring for my patients, friends, and family.

Please stay safe, care and be kind to yourself. I look forward to seeing everyone in the future.
