Dozens of our employees connected with teens at HealthFORCE, the Health Collaborative’s annual event that helps high schoolers explore healthcare careers. Our teams shared job shadowing opportunities and led demos, highlighting roles from entry-level positions to careers requiring advanced degrees like medicine and pharmacy. Students also met with area colleges to learn how to enter healthcare programs. Thank you to all the students, educators, and team members who made this event such a success!

As the #1 cancer program in the nation, our Child Life team in the Cancer & Blood Diseases Institute (CBDI) brings more than world-class care—they bring joy. This Halloween, after months of planning, one of our inpatient playrooms was transformed into Radiator Springs, with staff dressed as characters from Cars and smiles everywhere they went. From unit visits to a parade through the concourse, the costumes, creativity, and compassion were unforgettable. For our patients, these moments mean everything. And for our team, this is what it’s all about. 💛

Raegan’s cancer hadn’t spread—that was the good news. The tough news: doctors diagnosed her with high-risk neuroblastoma, requiring a very intensive 14-month treatment plan. She began treatment at Akron Children's Hospital near home, then continued at Cincinnati Children’s, thanks to an ongoing collaboration between the two hospitals. Her care teams worked side by side every step of the way, and now Raegan is on track to finish therapy and stay cancer-free! 💪 This , read more about her inspiring journey and learn more about the #1 cancer program in the country in the comments.
