💙 Feature Friday: Celebrating Janet Neidhard 💙
Today is a very special — and bittersweet — day at Saint Joe’s.
After five years of dedicated leadership, Janet Neidhard is officially retiring as our Chief Financial Officer.
Janet joined Saint Joe’s on February 3, 2020 — just weeks before the world changed. Through uncertainty, growth, and new opportunities, she has been a steady, thoughtful presence guiding our organization with integrity and care.
Coming from a for-profit background, Janet made the intentional decision to align her career with her values. She once said after interviewing at Saint Joe’s, “This is good. This is what I want to do.” And we are so grateful she chose us.
Beyond her financial leadership, Janet brought her whole heart to our community. From leading Christmas caroling cottage to cottage, to sharing music alongside her family during special celebrations, she reminded us that Saint Joe’s is more than a workplace — it’s a community.
Janet, thank you for your wisdom, your faith-filled leadership, your laughter, and your steady hand over the past five years. You have helped ensure that our mission will continue to thrive for generations to come.
Please join us in wishing Janet a joyful, well-deserved retirement! 🎉
