Spring brings fresh air, new adventures… and a few of our favorite traditions, too!

Our Day Program has been out and about enjoying the season — and recently, we were lucky to welcome a special visit from the Cincinnati Public Library team! From storytelling to acting out scenes, they brought books to life in a way that had everyone smiling, laughing, and fully engaged.

Designed for students in grades 6–12 with developmental and complex disabilities, our camp creates a safe, supportive space for unforgettable summer days.

💙 Mission Monday 💙

We had a hoppy Easter Sunday over here 🐰🌷💛

Our Recreation Team planned a fun-filled celebration, and the Easter Bunny made a special stop to visit our residents—bringing plenty of smiles, laughter, and stuffed animals along the way!

Safe to say it was a day full of joy (and maybe a little extra chocolate, too 😉).

When she arrived at Saint Joe’s earlier this year, her family experienced something they hadn’t felt in a long time… relief.

Because of supporters like you, Journee now has a place designed not just for medical care—but for living.

On her very first day, she rolled over on her own—something her family had never seen before. 💙

Mission Monday 💙

Yesterday, we had the honor of hosting our Donor Appreciation Lunch—an opportunity to spend time with some of the incredible supporters who make our mission possible.

We’re especially grateful to Eileen Trauth, a former professor turned author and poet, who shared her powerful work with us. Her words added a meaningful and reflective touch to the afternoon.

Because of our generous community, individuals with developmental disabilities at Saint Joe’s are able to live with dignity, purpose, and belonging each day.

We’re so grateful for a community that believes in all abilities—and shows up to make that belief a reality.

A special thank you to our staff who made yesterday possible!
