Your nervous system wasn’t designed for nonstop stress.
For always being “on.”
For carrying everything, all the time.

Especially for Black women, whose stress is often layered in caregiving, work, discrimination, and financial strain. Survival mode can feel normal.

But normal doesn’t mean healthy.

High blood pressure often has no symptoms - but it can quietly impact your heart and your life.

That's why we're encouraging ever woman to ✔️ check your blood pressure.

💓When you know your numbers, you can take charge of your health.

👉If your numbers are high, follow up with your doctor to stay on track.

Knowing your numbers is bigger than awareness. It is about prevention and knowledge.👍
