Sisters of the Heart Network SOTH Network is committed to healing,empowering,educating and supporting Black Women so they may improve heart health, overall wellness and personal power.

Sisters of the Heart Inc was founded from the heart before it became an organzation. We are the 1st National organization dedicated solely to ending the epidemic of heart disease in women of color. This is a historic event.

# Women of color face the highest burden of heart disease in the Nation.

American women have the highest burden of heart disease in the nation in terms of education, resources,awareness, health status, disability, disparities in cardiovascular care , prevention and death. We are the the 1st National organization dedicated solely to ending the epidemic of heart disease in women of color globally through national affiliate meetings and online. We believe women of color are a natural resource worthy of conservation efforts. We help women create workable solutions to keep their heart health first or when the old just wouldn't work. We empower, educate and celebrate the whole woman through positive messaging to make manageable lifestyle changes in their daily life style. We focus on the unique ways heart disease affects women of color. We assist all women of diverse backgrounds to reduce their heart health risks and wellness. We advocate on local,state and national levels bringing our perspectives both cultural and gender to the table,which is so often not heard. SOTH understands there are different routes to the same destination. We seek to expand heart health and Wellness programming and support in ways that are life changing for women and transforming for the world. Given our deep belief in women , communities and of heart disease in women of color . Along with our optimism about solutions for the problems. We act with high standards, urgency and compassion.

.. Hey Sis, we chose pink colors for this picture. It is Breast Cancer Month. Sisters of the Heart Network champion the cause for the health of all . No matter what you are fighting or facing 💕.
As Black Women it our duty to give our sisters their flowers and our back. For when we look at her, we are looking at ourselves.
We fight everyday to be seen, heard and appreciated for contributions in society.
Historically,we were denied seats at many tables. But through our own go to to get through we created our own tables of sisterhood, collective of strength and love and forward movement for the state of Black Women.
We are a garden, and in the garden each flower supports the other flower for growth.

Our women that came before us ,understood that.. . No woman was left behind . They came from We, not Me. That Civil Rights. They understood the assignment...
I'm sure many had internal disagreements But understood the big picture of unity.That when the circle is broken, so is the collective strength

movement forward of Black Women and our issues.

They worked for legacy building, for the ones who were coming behind them

We are only as strong as the ones in the rear. So we uplift each other. When uplift one. We lift all !. Don't let moden day mess stop you from the message of collective Sisterhood. Because We all Lose from that thought point of thinking.

On many levels, we are all we got!

So we make our tables and allow others to seat with us. Sis, we as Black Women are still in the fight for our civil rights. Don't get it twisted.

If no one has told you today, You are a Beautiful Black woman. Keep watering each other .. so our collective garden grows. ❤️
