As an esthetician, I've learned that skin issues are rarely just skin-deep.

The lymphatic system plays a major role in inflammation, congestion, aging, and how well the skin can detox and heal. When lymph flow becomes sluggish, it often shows up on the face before anywhere else — as puffiness, breakouts, sensitivity, or dullness.

One of the ways I support both my skin and overall wellness is by gently supporting my lymphatic system — not aggressively, but consistently.
