They had a time! šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„

More than 60 men gathered for our Black Men’s Health Talk.

They discussed many topics from mental health, prostate cancer to triggers from society that affect their daily health and lives.

Over the next few months we will be sharing what they opened up to talk about so other men can join this movement.

This was the first of many conversations we will hold for our men.

There is a good and bad to everything we eat.

šŸ“£ ATTENTION: MEN šŸ“£
This Saturday, we’re creating a space where Black men get real answers, straight talk and support they can trust. This isn’t a lecture. It’s your chance to ask questions, speak freely and engage in real conversations led by trusted doctors. We’re diving into topics that matter: prostate health, diabetes, trauma, stress, kidney disease and more. And you'll walk away with tools to protect your health and support your family.

This event is free, but registrations close on Thursday. Sign up now at https://www.eventbrite.com/manage/events/1374494452909/details

Brother, Let's Talk. Meet YOUR trusted sources!

Dr. Neighbors is a public health social psychologist who studies racial and gender disparities in help-seeking for serious personal problems and the (mis)diagnosis of mental disorder among Black Americans.

He also studies the mental health impact of ā€œbroken dreamsā€. This work shows that race-based structural barriers produce painful discrepancies between aspiration and achievement which damage the mental and physical health of Black Americans.

MEN, this is your chance to talk out these issues with OTHER men.

Don't miss this incredible experience.

Seats are LIMITED. Sign up using the link in the comments below or visit us on Instagram and find the link in our bio.
