🙏 We’re Hiring – Part time Front Desk Receptionist/Clinic Office Manager. please let us know if you know someone who may be a good fit!

We’re so thankful for our wonderful patients and community. We’re looking for a friendly and responsible Front Desk Receptionist/Clinic Office Manager to help us continue providing the best care and service.

💰 Pay: $20 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
⏰ Hours: ~30 hours per week, can be flexible

Responsibilities:
• Welcome and check in patients with kindness
• Schedule/manage appointments
• Collect payments & process transactions
• Handle insurance billing & claims
• Assist with front desk and office tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
• Front desk or medical office experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Insurance billing knowledge is a plus

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

He is a world-renowned leader in treating anxiety and depression with acupuncture and traditional medicine. Many acupuncture practitioners from the world have flew in to listen to his teachings

Dr. Yang is officially a clinical professor for acupuncture at Ohio University, Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine!

This recognizes Dr. Yang’s remarkable medical achievements and his dedication to Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) education.

He is one of the most renowned acupuncturists in the world and one of the even fewer acupuncturists who are recognized as clinical professors at a medical school in the U.S.

Dr. Yang has been a world renowned advocate and educator for Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This year, with the collaboration of many fellow professionals in the acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine fields, Dr.Yang established Chinese Medicine Luobing Society of America (aka American Society of Collateral Disease) as the founding president. This non-profit organization aims to promote education and clinical practice of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine for treating numerous difficult and challenging conditions. His dedication has earned many recognition from the State of California, fellow colleagues, and schools. Here are a few pictures of Dr. Yang giving speech at the establishment ceremony this week at Silicon Valley, CA, as well as the recognition letters Dr. Yang received.

Dr. Yang was invited to Florida and New Mexico this month to teach acupuncture continuing education to certified acupuncturists.

He shared his clinical experiences in treating Fibromyalgia, IBS, Diabetes, Meiners disease with Chinese herb medicine and acupuncture.
