This position plays a vital role in supporting patients, providers, and internal pharmacy operations.Position Overview
We are looking for either an experienced Pharmacy Technician or a Customer Service Representative who excels in communication, accuracy, and multitasking. The ideal candidate will assist in managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating prescription information, and providing top-tier service to patients and healthcare providers.Key Responsibilities
· Answer and manage inbound calls from patients, providers, and facilities.
· Accurately document and process prescription information.
· Communicate effectively with pharmacists and technicians to ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
