We're thrilled to lead a workshop for all you lovers out there this week! Bring your beau, your buddies, anyone you want to laugh with: we'll create abstract portraits of each other using techniques like blind contour, non-dominant drawing, and paint splatter!

This week, we'll begin a new series of workshops with art therapist Sharee Allen (Groundswell Psychotherapy) for our Young Adult Lab. She'll lead attendees in making abstract portraits. Supplies and snacks will be provided by the CAC. Artists and educators will be on hand for assistance.
Join us on Thursday in the Creativity Center for this free drop-in art making program especially for young adults!

“Going through cancer treatment is so hard,” says Director Dwinelva Zackery. “We wanted to create a space that addresses the physical, mental and spiritual needs of our cancer patients and their families.”
During a cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery journey, many patients experience a range of emotions. Depression and anxiety are common, both for patients and for their families. Every Tuesday, you can catch our therapists at this or one of the other St Elizabeth Oncology locations, providing art therapy to patients receiving infusion treatments.
