Job Summary
We are a premier 4-Star Home Health Agency looking for a Skilled Nurse for weekends to join our team. Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the successful candidate will work within their entire scope of practice, providing home health visits in the Cincinnati area. The LPN will be fully accountable for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to our patients. This opportunity awaits a motivated and ambitious professional with home health experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide treatments according to the plan of care
Work with members of the team to help meet desired patient care outcomes
Assist with patient comfort and notify supervisor of any changes
Qualifications and Skills
Current LPN/RN license in the state of OH with 1 - 2 years experience in home health
Current CPR certification
Valid Driver's License, Dependable Vehicle, and current Proof of Auto Insurance
Clean Criminal Background Check
Demonstrate good verbal and written communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate and friendly demeanor
