Guided by Casey, these sessions combine gentle yin postures, hands-on adjustments, breathwork, and meditation to support your nervous system and activate your body’s own healing process.
What makes these sessions unique?
Hands-On Yin Adjustments & Meridian Access
Casey uses therapeutic touch in each posture to help your body soften, release emotional tension stored in fascia, and balance your 12 meridian lines. These adjustments are always done with your permission and are often described as the most relaxing part of the session.
Seamless Breathwork & Meditation
Every session can include breath practices and meditation techniques tailored to your needs—helping you leave with tools you can use well beyond the studio.
Safe, Trauma-Informed Space
Casey’s approach is warm, grounded, and deeply attentive. There’s no rush, no “fixing,” and no pressure to perform—just a space for your body to guide the process.
