At our spa, we offer a variety of pregnancy-safe services like prenatal massage, gentle facials, and select body treatments designed with your comfort in mind. Beyond the spa, we also offer holistic wellness options — from energy-balancing therapies to gentle acupuncture and acupressure (when appropriate) — to help you feel grounded and supported. Once baby is full term, we can also incorporate Chinese medicine techniques like specific acupressure points and even moxibustion to help the body prepare for birth and encourage baby’s best position.
We also recognize the many skin and body changes that can happen during pregnancy. Shifts in hormones can bring sensitivity, breakouts, or melasma, and it’s important to work with providers who understand these changes and can guide you toward treatments and products that are safe and effective.

❌ Avoid: retinol, high-strength salicylic acid, and hydroquinone
