โ€œWhen I first began attending Yoga classes I thought it would be a great way to get some exercise. When I found myself attending class more and more frequently, my attitude began to change. I was at peace with myself and the world and I wanted to learn more about the Yogic Philosophy. At World Peace Yoga via the Teacher Training Program I opted to focus on Personal Spiritual Growth as opposed to teaching. It was a decision I have never regretted. My whole world opened up through exposure to the assigned readings. My mental attitude shifted from being one of egocentricity to a more global emphasis. When the program ended I still wanted more knowledge. Through the Advanced Teacher Training classes my comprehension of Yoga has deepened and grows to this day. I feel that following the Personal Spiritual Growth Program has made me much happier, content, and positive as a person and more connected to others and to the environment. I highly recommend both programs to anyone who has a desire to know the meaning of Yoga. As an added benefit, you will find that your personal practice improves and takes on a whole new meaning in tandem with the learning you gain from these programs. Also becoming a part of the World Peace Yoga community will change your life in ways never imagined.โ€ โ€“Lisa Dux
