It's not too late to donate to Briana's walk for today! And you can come support a great cause at Summit Park this morning! I'll be doing chair massages while Ron runs and Briana walks. And educate yourself and others on the symptoms of Ovarian Cancer so that we can BEAT this disease:

E-Eating less and feeling full quickly
A-Abdominal and/or pelvic pain
T-Trouble with bladder (frequency and urgency)

Come see me tomorrow morning at Summit Park for the Teal Power Run and Walk. I will be doing 5 minute chair massages for $5. All proceeds will be donated to The Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Cincinnati. It looks like it'll be a beautiful morning to support this cause that is very dear to my heart.

The Teal Power 5K Run and 3K Walk is on Saturday September 16, 2023. It includes the following events: 5K Run, 3K Charity Walk, Virtual 5K, and Virtual 3K.
