This one is for the ladies… do a monthly yoni stream. Yoni steaming, also known as va**nal steaming or V-steaming, is a holistic health practice involving sitting over a pot of hot, herb-infused water to direct warm, herbal steam to the v***a and va**na.

Benefits includes:

Cleanses the va**na and uterus

Regulates menstrual cycles and eases cramps

Can aid in Increasing fertility

Aids in postpartum healing

How to do a Yoni Steam:

Boil water in a pot and add a blend of herbs (I get mine from Tea Room) such as mugwort, rosemary, lavender, and chamomile.
Steep the herbs for a few minutes.
Sit or squat (often using a specialized yoni steam seat or a basin placed in a toilet) over the steaming water.
Drape a towel or blanket around the lower body to trap the steam for a session lasting approximately 20 to 45 minutes.

Beware of the HOT steam! Allow the herbs to steep long enough to cool down before placing your Yoni above it.

Finally wash your yoni with the herbs and thank her for being a portal to the universe!

Self-Care tip #1
Take a bath! Allow yourself 30 min once a month to unwind and indulge in this self love ritual. Ingredients :

Apple cider vinegar (with mother)
Epsom salt
Baking soda
Essential oil of choice
Bouquet of flowers

Instructions:

Make your water as hot as you can stand it. Add 5 cap fulls of Apple cider vinegar (with mother)(no more than that because Apple cider vinegar is acidic and we don’t to throw our PH off) along with a sprinkle of baking soda throughout the bath and add 2 cups of Epsom salt.(the Apple cider vinegar and baking soda will pull all of the toxins out of your muscles) If you to choose to add any Essential oil only use 3-5 drops, any more than that could create the adverse effect and the goal is to relax. Finally, get a bouquet of flowers and cut the heads off and add them to your bath. The stream from the bath activates the oil in the flowers and it’s very aromatic. Get some tea light candles and put them around your tub, turn on some relaxing music and enjoy some YOU time!
