Our Story

HopeTree Care, LLC was founded by three Firefighter/Paramedics. The Founding group had over 40 years of experience in public service, firefighting, and emergency medicine.

During a 21 year career as a Firefighter/Paramedic, Darrell saw a need for better in home care and support of the developmentally disabled. That public service experience served as the driving force behind the development of the core values for HopeTree Care. When teaching emergency medicine to future Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics Darrell would make a point about how you can affect a patients quality of life. This belief was brought to HopeTree Care and became the basis for our Mission Statement.

Having made the decision to open an agency Darrell naturally turned to his fellow Firefighters. One had previous ownership experience in the Home Health Care field and Darrell brought previous business experience. HopeTree Care was started in earnest. Shortly after opening we added a fourth firefighter to the ownership group and we got to work.
