📈 Cancers like colorectal, thyroid, and small intestine are on the rise in younger adults. Dr. Justiniano emphasizes the importance of early screenings, body awareness, and having a trusted relationship with a primary care provider.
“Being knowledgeable about your body and recognizing changes early can lead to life-saving diagnostics,” she says.
