Anxiety isn’t just feeling nervous before a big test or presentation. Sometimes it shows up as a tight chest when nothing’s wrong. Or a restless mind that won’t slow down. It can feel like being disconnected from everything and still overwhelmed by everything at the same time.
If that sounds like you, know this: anxiety is not a failure. It’s your body trying to keep you safe, even when there’s no clear threat. It can be exhausting, but it’s also something you can learn to work with, not against.
There’s no single solution, but there are ways to make it more manageable. Gentle routines, creative expression, fresh air, and rest can all help. So can simply naming what you're feeling out loud. Anxiety doesn’t have to define you.
You’re allowed to slow down. You're allowed to breathe. And you are never alone in this.
