Join us for a needlepoint workshop at Holos House!

For generations, women have gathered together to work with their hands as a way of caring for themselves and each other. The simple rhythm of needlepoint, especially when done in community, helps to invite a sense of presence and connection we can all benefit from nowadays.

Led by needlepoint extraordinaire Amanda Neumann, you'll learn the basics of needlepoint and head home with a custom monogram needlepoint to practice at home and finish as you please.

A Body-Based Approach to Deepening Intimacy

Drop Into Your Body. Deepen Intimacy.
A two-hour workshop for anyone (all genders and relationship statuses) who wants to stop thinking their way through intimacy and start feeling their way there.

If you've been trying to create deeper intimacy through thinking your way to, talking about your feelings instead of feeling, or staying in your head to avoid uncomfortable sensations—this workshop will teach you a different way.

You'll learn the five holistic intimacy tools—mindfulness, breath, sound, movement, and energy—and experience them through a guided embodiment practice. These body-based tools help you drop out of your head and into real, felt connection.
What's included: A two-hour workshop with teaching, embodiment practice, sharing circles, mini Q&A, and community connection.

Birth Story Circles Quarterly @ Holos House

November 15th 1-3pm

Held Quarterly Saturdays from 1-3p: a safe, nurturing, cathartic, and empowering circle to share and process birth stories. This is an intimate group- we are only accepting 6 women so that there is plentiful time to share and process. This circle is for all birthing women: from women trying to conceive, currently pregnant, recently postpartum, through decades postpartum. Babies in arms are welcome. We ask that you leave toddlers, older children, and partners at home for this series. $20 Donation to Holos House is a 501c3- any admission tickets or additional donations go directly to support our mission of creating community surrounding mental health, wellness, and friendship.

The grieving space: 2nd Wednesday monthly

A space to gather, grieve, and grow—together. This monthly gathering is for anyone navigating loss of any kind—whether recent or long ago, personal or collective. Each session creates a warm, welcoming space to explore different aspects of grief through reflection, conversation, and community support. Topics will vary each month and are designed to help participants connect more deeply with themselves and others. This group is open to all, and we encourage pre-booking with a small donation, $30, which directly benefits Holos House 501(c)3. If you’d like to attend but aren’t able to donate at this time, just email hello@holoshousecinci.org and we’ll be happy to add you manually.

This group meets the second Wednesday at 6:15 PM monthly thru December. Additional dates include November 12, and December 10.
