1 month postop! 💫

We’re back with Marty, who’s feeling like a refreshed version of herself—never overdone.

At just 1 month post-op, her results from her Luxelift℠ (midface, lower face, and neck lift), lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer, and fractional CO₂ laser are already revealing smoother contours, brighter eyes, and healthier skin.

Notice how her lower eyelids no longer look sad or tired, because the fat transfer helped to lift up the lower eyelids to correct the “scleral show” - - the white show of the eyes below the iris/colored part, often a result of lower eyelid surgery done through an outside/“transcutaneous” approach.

The best results continue to evolve with time. She has residual swelling in the upper neck (below the chin) that will still improve on the next few weeks. 🤗

Elena came to us to address subtle facial asymmetries, volume deficits, and to overall enhance her facial features with fat transfer.

After consulting with us, we recommended these DrDetails℠:
✅VolumeLift℠ (with fat transfer including PRP)—to the buccal areas, nasolabial folds (including intradermal injections to the creases) and lips.

Notice how on profile (side) view, the lips have just a little more projection/definition than before. This is typical for fat transfer to the lips: a nice subtle improvement that does not look at all “done” or “duck-like”. This is great for patients that want very natural appearing lips. For those that want a little more definition, synthetic fillers are helpful.

Today’s focus: restoring youthful volumes + smoothing tired lids! Debra saw herself in pictures and didn’t like the excess upper lid skin above the eyes and other features. Since she has relatives who have been treated for these areas, she felt motivated to pursue options for herself as well!
